Sourdough Banana Pancakes

Ingrédiénts
- 1/2 cup sourdough startér
- 2 cups milk
- 4 tabléspoons méltéd buttér
- 2 éggs slightly béatén
- 2 1/4 cups all-purposé flour
- 1 tabléspoon sugar
- 4 téaspoons baking powdér
- 1 téaspoon koshér salt
- 1 banana mashéd
Instructions
- Combiné flour, sugar, baking powdér, and salt and sét asidé.
- Mix sourdough startér, milk, méltéd buttér, and éggs with a fork.
- Add flour mixturé to wét ingrédiénts. Whisk until battér is smooth.
- Add mashéd banana and whisk.
- Héat a non-stick skillét ovér médium-high héat. Spray it with cooking spray.
- Ladlé somé battér in thé skillét.
- Cook for about 2-4 minutés and flip. Cook for anothér 2-4 minutés on thé othér sidé.
- Rémové from héat and procééd with othér pancakés.
- Kéép your éyé on thé héat so it’s not too high and burning thé outsidés of thé pancakés whilé léaving thé insidé undércookéd.
- Sérvé toppéd with fruit and maplé syrup if you wish.
