Sourdough Banana Pancakes

Ingrédiénts

  • 1/2 cup sourdough startér
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 tabléspoons méltéd buttér
  • 2 éggs slightly béatén
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purposé flour
  • 1 tabléspoon sugar
  • 4 téaspoons baking powdér
  • 1 téaspoon koshér salt
  • 1 banana mashéd

Instructions

  1. Combiné flour, sugar, baking powdér, and salt and sét asidé.
  2. Mix sourdough startér, milk, méltéd buttér, and éggs with a fork.
  3. Add flour mixturé to wét ingrédiénts. Whisk until battér is smooth.
  4. Add mashéd banana and whisk.
  5. Héat a non-stick skillét ovér médium-high héat. Spray it with cooking spray.
  6. Ladlé somé battér in thé skillét.
  7. Cook for about 2-4 minutés and flip. Cook for anothér 2-4 minutés on thé othér sidé.
  8. Rémové from héat and procééd with othér pancakés.
  9. Kéép your éyé on thé héat so it’s not too high and burning thé outsidés of thé pancakés whilé léaving thé insidé undércookéd.
  10. Sérvé toppéd with fruit and maplé syrup if you wish.
