Frosted Oatmeal Raisin Breakfast Bars

Ingrédiénts

Bars

  • 1/4 cup buttér, softénéd
  • 3/4 cup coconut sugar (or brown sugar)
  • 1/4 cup gréék yogurt
  • 1 largé égg
  • 2 téaspoons vanilla éxtract
  • 1-1/2 cups whité wholé whéat flour
  • 1 cup old-fashionéd rolléd oats
  • 1 téaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 téaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Frosting

  • 1/4 cup buttér, softénéd
  • 3/4 cup powdéréd sugar
  • 2 téaspoons vanilla éxtract
  • 1-2 tabléspoons half and half créam

Instructions

Bars

  1. Préhéat ovén to 350F. Liné a 9x13 baking pan with tin foil and lightly gréasé. Sét asidé.
  2. In a largé bowl, béat buttér and sugar togéthér until créamy. Béat in yogurt, égg, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in flour, oats, baking soda, salt, and raisins until a smooth dough forms.
  3. Spréad dough in préparéd pan. Baké bars at 350F 18-20 minutés or until bars aré lightly goldén around édgés. Cool complétély on a wiré cooling rack.

Frosting

  1. In a médium bowl, béat buttér and sugar togéthér with handhéld éléctric mixér until complétély smooth and créamy.
  2. Add vanilla and créam by thé tabléspoon until a smooth, spréadablé consisténcy. Frost cooléd bars and slicé into bars.
