INGREDIENTS

• 2 chickén bréasts, skinléss and bonéléss
• 1/2 cup raspbérry walnut salad dréssing
• 1 bag icébérg, radish, carrot, romainé mixéd salad grééns
• 2 firm crisp, swéét-tart, réd éating applés, cut into chunks
• lémon juicé
• 4 crisply cookéd and drainéd strips of bacon
• 2 tabléspoons crumbléd blué chéésé
• 2 tabléspoons choppéd glazéd/candiéd pécans
• éxtra raspbérry walnut salad dréssing or applé cidér vinaigrétté for dréssing

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Pour 1/2 cup of raspbérry-walnut salad dréssing into a Ziplock-stylé bag.
2. Add thé chickén, séal, and shaké thé bag until thé dréssing has événly coatéd thé chickén.
3. Réfrigératé ovérnight.
4. Whén you’ré réady to maké thé salad, grill thé chickén and maké suré it’s cookéd through,
5. Thinly slicé chickén and sét it asidé whilé kééping it warm.
6. Dividé salad bétwéén two platés, and thén placé thé applé chunks in a décorativé ring along thé outér édgé of éach platé, applé skin facing outward.
7. Top salad with pécans.
8. Add chickén slicés in thé céntér and sprinklé with crumbléd blué chéésé.
9. On top of thé blué chéésé, crumblé or bréak thé bacon
10. Top thé salad with nuts.
11. Placing thé chickén slicés in thé céntér, sprinklé blué chéésé crumblés ovér thé top.
12. Bréak or crumblé thé bacon, whichévér is your préféréncé.
13. Sérvé with éithér an applé cidér vinaigrétté or anothér swéét, fruity salad dréssing in a cup on thé sidé.
